Vanilla Bean and Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

Vanilla Bean and Peanut Butter Cup
2 1/1 C Milk
2 1/2 C Heavy Cream
1 Vanilla Bean
3 Eggs
3 Egg Yolks
1 1/4 C Sugar
2 T Vanilla Extract

Simmer 30 minutes, don’t let the eggs overcook

Black Pepper and Strawberry Ice Cream

Black Pepper and Strawberry Ice Cream
3 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, whole
1/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cup half & half
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground black pepper

Simmer the milk, strawberries and eggs for 20 minutes. Don’t let the eggs overcook.

Fresh Peach Ice Cream
Fresh Peach
The same recipe as the vanilla but with 3/4 C peaches instead of Peanut Butter Cups. Simmer the peaches with the milk.

Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter
2 1/4 C Milk
2 1/4 C Heavy Cream
1 Vanilla Bean
1 1/4 C Sugar
1 1/4 C Cocoa Powder
3 Eggs
122 ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped
2 t vanilla extract

Simmer 20 minutes.

Tart Frozen yogurt with peaches

Tart Frozen Yogurt with Chocolate Swirl
Tart Frozen Yogurt
3 cups yogurt strained overnight over cheesecloth or Greek-style yogurt
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
